I am experienced in counseling on a variety of conditions, with specialized knowledge in weight loss without deprivation and struggle, women's health, osteoporosis, energy issues, candida, acidic conditions, and hypoglycemia and diabetes. I am also a big proponent of eating locally and seasonally, as I believe it's the right thing to do for our health, the environment, and for our valued farmers.
