The (substantive) educational component is written (a book within a cookbook) and the all-original recipes have been developed, tested, re-tested, styled, and photographed. Our friend and colleague, Dr. Aviva Romm, has written the beautiful foreword to our book.

When it comes to specific thyroid- and immune-supportive nutrition and the foods you should be eating, we’ve done the hard grafting. We’ve spent many wide-eyed hours wading through the science so you don’t have to.
We took a rigorous academic approach to this cookbook. In preparation for the choices of ingredients, we created a nutritional “springboard” that is the foundation for our recipes, extensively researching the most supportive nutrients for the thyroid and immune system. We then identified foods that are dense sources of these nutrients. Each recipe or recipe combination had to contain at least 5 supportive nutrients to “make the cut.”
